Five things you need to know from The Last Worker Trailer

We’re stoked to have revealed The Last Worker from Oiffy & Wolf & Wood, dispatching in 2022, and I’m sure you love the teaser trailer as much as we do. But what information can you glean from the trailer? Here’s our five things:

1: You may Recognise the artwork

The artwork for the Last Worker is created by Mick MacMahon, legendary artist credited for his work on Judge Dread and more. This is the first time his artwork has been take from the page into a three dimensional world.

2: Listen to the sound

We’re not quite ready to reveal the composer for The Last Worker, but they, and the score are unlike anything you’ve head in videogames before. We really want to tell you more, but keep your ears ready to listen out for more in the future.

3: Clues are everywhere

As the teaser begins, you’ll see two of the characters from the story, and a few clues as to who they are and what they do. Pay attention, because these little details can sometimes reveal more than upon first inspection.

4: The Jungle is massive

That robot is huge. And we mean huge. There’s a world of information to share on the game, but we’re not pulling any punches – it really is massive.

5: What’s in a name?

In The Last Worker, you play the last human worker. We’re not going to tell you what that job is, or the context, but think of the possibilities! There’s going to be an incredible world for you to explore, and we can’t wait to share more soon.

Combining a hand-crafted art style with uniquely immersive gameplay mechanics in an epic setting, The Last Worker delivers an emotional, thought provoking and comedic story packaged with rich characters performed by an all-star cast.
