The fog just got a whole lot darker, and we’re thrilled to announce a special KARMA: The Dark World crossover with Dead by Daylight.
Over the past few months, we’ve been collaborating with Behaviour Interactive on this exciting project. How did it come together? Simple: KARMA fans on the DbD team, a massive Dead by Daylight enthusiast leading Pollard Studio, and plenty of us at Wired Productions who spend our evenings lurking in the Fog.
What started as fan passion has evolved into something truly special. KARMA celebrates its one-year anniversary with in-game rewards now live in Dead by Daylight, an honour for us as publishers. Pollard Studio’s psychological thriller, with its mind-bending investigations and Unreal Engine 5 visuals, fits perfectly into DbD’s tense, shadowy world.
What is KARMA: The Dark World?
As a first-person psychological horror experience, KARMA: The Dark World stands apart due to its bold, fragmented narrative that challenges players to navigate unreliable memories and moral ambiguity. Through meticulous art direction, players are pulled into environments that shift from sterile and corporate to surreal and chaotic, reinforcing the theme of memory as both a tool and a tormentor. Every sound, visual, and narrative choice reveals new layers of fear, emphasizing psychological depth rather than traditional jump scares. The nominations celebrates the art and innovation at the core of the project, a testament to Pollard Studios’ commitment to pushing boundaries in interactive storytelling.

What is Dead by Daylight?
Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer survival horror game developed by Behaviour Interactive. In each match, one player controls a powerful Killer who hunts and sacrifices four Survivors on hooks to appease a malevolent Entity. The Survivors must work together to repair five generators, powering exit gates to escape, while using the environment to evade, hide, and stun the Killer.
