Five things you need to about Arcade Paradise from the Announcement Trailer

Have you ever wanted to own your own arcade? We would never get anything done, because we’d be playing the arcade machines the entire time. But Arcade Paradise is your chance to live out your dreams!

Here’s five thing we learned from the trailer:

1: Over 35 Arcade hits hungry for your quarters

Every game in Arcade Paradise is its own game, with progression systems and sometimes hours of playtime. There’s a level of depth here you’d only get from developer, Nosebleed Interactive.

2: Insane graphics and skull melting stereo sound

Set in the 90s, Arcade Paradise gives you access to some fantastic games set in the 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit eras, covering 2D sprite-based titles, to early 3D. Anyone remember 3DFX?

3: Was that Doug Cockle?

You may notice the trailer as we flip the script mid-way through the trailer. Yes, he of Witcher fame narrates this trailer, and we’re always delighted to be working with Doug, after his work on Victor Vran.

4: A laundromat? What?

You don’t just play the arcade games, you’re running a laundromat, and it’s only that you’ve been entrusted with its safe keeping and its expansion that you’re in this position. More washer driers or arcade games? We know what we’re choosing.

5: It’s Nosebleed, through and through.

If you’re fans of Vostok Inc. you’ll be right at home with Arcade Paradise, and the meta-game the underpins everything. We’ll talk more about this in the future, but Nosebleed Interactive are experts at meta-games, and we’re already hooked.

Welcome to Arcade Paradise, the 90’s retro arcade adventure game. With the keys to the family laundromat, Ashley decides to transform the business and give the sleepy town of Grindstone something to get excited about!
