Tin Hearts wird am 20. April 2023 für Nintendo Switch und einen Monat später, am 16. Mai 2023, für PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, Utomik), PlayStation 4 & 5 und die Xbox-Konsolenfamilie veröffentlicht. PCVR, Meta Quest 2 und PSVR2 sollen noch in diesem Jahr veröffentlicht werden.
